Utilizing airflow to produce the scrub means that there are no pumps or nozzles to clog. Additionally, this makes our wet type dust collectors more energy efficient requiring lower horsepower than other designs. The stainless steel components of the Uni-Wash scrub are designed with a large opening that will never clog and can be cleaned effectively reducing maintenance costs. The use of the optional Sani-Ball cleaning system reduces maintenance even further. Efficiencies of up to 99% can be reached due to the incredible turbulence created by the Uni-Wash scrub. In this turbulence, a high rate of particulate to water contact is made increasing the efficiency while consuming a mere 3″ wg.

Typhoon WX
The Typhoon WX Wet Dust Collector series by Diversitech reduce the risk of workplace fire or explosions by safely capturing and neutralizing harmful combustible dusts. The Typhoon WX models remove explosive metal dust and other combustibles from process air, such as volatile materials found in machine shops, metal fabrication facilities, wood shops, and other industrial settings. These wet collectors use a motor to to draw in airborne contaminants and filter them through Diversitech’s proprietary “water-tree” baffle design. Once inside the collector, the particles bond with suspended water droplets where they then drain down to the bottom of the collector for safe removal. WV-55 Sludge Vacuum
The WV-55 sludge vacuum offers a fast, easy way to clean dust, chips and swarf out of wet dust collectors and other equipment.
The WV-55 vacuums water along with the sludge and collects the solids in a reusable 5 micron filter bag. The vacuum can then pump back out only the water for reuse in the wet collector. The sludge vac is ideal for use on machines with sumps, parts washers or any storage containers with contaminated liquids and reduces manual maintenance requirements.
The WV-55 vacuum uses a compressed air powered reversible drum vac that can fill or empty a 55 gallon drum in less than two minutes. Simply set the reversible drum vac pump to “fill” for it to quickly vacuum the liquid and solids. Once the wet collector is empty, set the pump and directional valve to “empty” for it to pump out the liquid for reuse. All the dust, chips and other solids
will be collected inside the reusable filter bag for easy disposal.
